Pick-Up Process Update

We had a great kickoff event last week, and it was so wonderful to have everyone gather together in-person! We are so fortunate to have so many students in the program and realized last week that this comes with a greater flow of traffic. We are working to make the pickup process smoother and quicker while keeping the teens safe in the parking lot. Beginning this Tuesday (October 12), as you enter from Kresson Rd. you will be directed to park your car in the lot. You can park in the lined spots on the Cropwell side of the parking lot or in the grassy area as you pull in off Kresson immediately on the right. Teens will be directed to locate your parked car in the parking lot once they are dismissed at 8:30PM. All cars will then exit via Cropwell Rd. A Cherry Hill police officer, in addition to our TBS security, will be on hand to direct traffic in order to get cars out of the TBS parking lot as quickly and safely as possible. We encourage you to establish a pickup spot with your teen(s) so they know where to meet you once they are dismissed. This continues to be a work in progress as this is new for everyone. We ask for your patience and understanding as we refine these policies and procedures during these opening weeks. We are confident that the process will continue to get easier and smoother as the weeks progress.
